  China D, is a place that I have fond memories of. The staff has always been considerate and I recently went their on NYE. It hasn't changed too much. The food is exactly what you were looking for and is a great place to see some of Corvallis's more colorful locals. The drinks are reasonably priced and the food typically re-heated for your enjoyment.
